Miso Tasty packet soup in a cup
It's the time of year when we are all aware that we will be getting limbs out from beneath sweaters and clothing will, whether we like it or not, become more revealing. I reach for the biscuits mid afternoon - it's as instinctive as breathing really but it doesn't help my waste-line. Now I can reach for a sachet of Miso Tasty packet soup which is made by just adding boiling water and including two sachets of powder. Miso can be an acquired taste I know but I rather like this. There is also a spicy version who likes things with a bit of kick...
Miso is crafted in Japan in really small batches and fermented in the Sincho region using snowmelt from the Central Japanese Alps. They also choose to keep the other ingredients in your packet separate from the miso soup paste, so the umami powder, spring onions and wakame seaweek come in their own sachet which keeps everything tasting fresh. All the Miso is gluten-free, additive-free and suitable for vegetarians so there's no excuse not to develop a seriously strong Miso habit.
