Okay, so this one really is for the more mature amongst us as this all over moisturiser unashamedly targets the 40 plus age group. Aging really does change your skin - not just on your face but all over. Skin becomes more fragile, less elastic and more papery in texture. My skin soaks up moisturiser like blotting paper soaks up ink, and I get through bottles and jars of the stuff every few months. So finding a moisturiser that comes in a huge tub and also works is enough to get me excited!
Astral is not beautiful in terms of packaging and there is no exotic scent, although it is fragranced, but this simple, hydrating body moisturiser does work and is effective too. If you visit the website you will see that there are lots of women adding their voices to mine in praise.
First launched in 1950, Astral Moisturising Cream contains glycerine and Lanolin, doesn't contain sunblock so isn't really an use in terms of anti-aging but is a simple and reliable product in the fight to keep skin smooth and hydrated. I have used it for the best part of a month now and can see a real difference. If you are over 40 and wanting something that is brilliant value for money and actually works then give Astral a try.
Astral is available at Boots and a variety of supermarkets. It is around £7.99 for 500ml.
